January 12th – Problems with calls sent to mobiles and landlines via voiceapp

08.05 AM UTC. Between 12’th Jan 08.05 A.M, and 13’th Jan 02:30 A.M UTC, calls answered by voiceapps and further sent to mobiles and landlines were getting disconnected immediately after being answered.

This problem occurred due to an upgrade of one of our server components. Unfortunately, this could not be identified in our tests prior to the upgrade. We are fixing our internal processes to prevent this in the future.
