January 28th – Media-relay service upgrade

05.30 AM UTC. Our media-relay service is used by a small portion of our customers and resolves issues with audio being lost in calls, due to the customer’s local firewall or Internet router.

We have, however, experienced instability issues with this module for quite some time, and have now decided to replace it with a completely new module.

The replacement happens on January 28’th, between 5:30 A.M and 6:00 A.M UTC. The service should continue working as normal during the upgrade.

7.30 AM UTC. Shortly after the upgrade we noticed a problem with one of our modules. We have rolled back the upgrade for now.
