March 16th – Problems with API and website

00:01 AM UTC. We’re currently experiencing problems with our API. This is also impacting new signups and prices on our website since our website uses the API for these functions.

This appears to be due to an unusually high increase in the number of connections to our API. We are investigating the problem.

Our telephony service is not impacted and continues to work normally.

07:15 AM UTC. Our investigation so far has revealed that our API has been subject to a DDOS attack which has resulted in our API being unavailable.

We are still working on getting our API back online as soon as possible.

07:50 AM UTC. Our API is now online again and our website and new signup are working normally.

We are continuing to monitor the services.
