April 06 – Planned upgrade – renewal options

A major upgrade of our system is scheduled on April 6’th, between 04:30 AM to 07:30 AM UTC. During this upgrade, we will have a maintenance window of less than an hour, at which time the web portal, phone number pricing on the website and parts of our API will be unavailable. The telephony service will remain unaffected.

This upgrade enables longer subscription cycles for phone numbers and Premium. This is in line with the commitments we made in January, when we rolled out our Price Simplification.

04:52 AM UTC. The upgrade has started. New signups, pricing information on the website, parts of API and web portal are unavailable for a few minutes. Telephony services are working normally.

05:30 AM UTC. The upgrade is done. We are verifying things before we enable all services again.

06:10 AM UTC. The verifications are taking a little more time than expected. The services should be enabled soon.

06:30 AM UTC. The upgrade has now successfully completed. All services are back online.
