April 08 – Problems with Android app

Some customers have reported issues(the app crashes) with the new Android app that we published to Google Play today. We have identified the issue to occur only on certain phones having Android version 5.1 and above.

The problem is related to the issue mentioned here.

We will be releasing an update to fix this shortly.

07:00 AM UTC. An upgraded app with the fix for the problem has now been released at Google Play. It may take a couple of hours for the the fix to be available for download world-wide.
