June 24 – Intermittent problems with Indian city numbers

11:00 AM UTC. Our local partners have reported intermittent problems with their carrier due to which incoming calls to Indian city numbers may not work. We apologize the inconvenience.

26 June 6:00 AM UTC. Calls to Indian numbers are working again.

The outage was caused as a result of the Indian telecom department disconnecting our partner’s numbers without any prior notice. After our partners appealed against this order it has been put on hold and the numbers restored. More information about this is available here.
