April 25 – Problems with incoming calls

04:30 PM UTC. One of our partners is experiencing an outage due to which incoming calls to some phone numbers may be impacted. We are following up with them to resolve the problem ASAP.

07:00 PM UTC. Our partner has confirmed that the problem has been resolved at their end. They had an outage on one of their POPs (Point of presence) in Belgium which caused the problem.

During the outage, there were intermittent call connectivity problems to some numbers.
