February 1st – Problem with database

11:15 PM UTC. We’re currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our database due to which signing in to the web portal, making phone calls, SIP registration, accessing the API, etc will not work randomly.

We are working with the database administrators to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

February 2nd 12:40 AM UTC. The problem has been resolved and all our services are working normally.
