February 27th – Intermittent issues with voice applications
7:00 AM UTC.We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our voice applications. Although regular calls should work, calls that connect to a voice application such as an IVR or voicemail may not work intermittently.
Our engineering team is working on resolving these issues.
8:00 AM UTC. A patch was applied that seems to have resolved the issue. The issue was identified to be due to a problem with our archiving system that caused an increased load on the servers handling our main menu voiceapp services.
There are still issues with uploading of new prompts to Voice apps. The team is working on resolving this.
9:45 AM UTC. The issue related to uploading voice prompts to the Voice apps was resolved with a code change.
