January 10th – Problem with Call recording service

02:40 PM – 06:50 PM UTC. An unexpected problem with our system caused the Call recording service to become unavailable for some time. Due to this, no calls were recorded between 02:40 PM and 06:50 PM UTC. We are investigating the root cause.
