January 19th – Partial service disruption

8:09 AM – 8:48 AM UTC. An update made to one of our systems caused a partial disruption to some parts of our service today. The update has been rolled back and all services are now functional. We have internal processes in place to ensure updates cause no service disruption and are investigating what went wrong in this case.

The issue affected login to our apps and the website chat & internal company chat features. There were no issues with making or receiving calls.
