The Support tracking system that is used by our customer service team – desk.com – has an outage that started 4 PM UTC today.
This disables us from receiving and responding to email.
For urgent issues, please call us instead.
January 29’th 03.00 AM UTC. The support tracking system is working normally now. Our email support is fully functional at the moment, but there may be delays in responding to email due to a backlog of emails that has built up during the outage.
