June 29th – Problem with customer portal

1:55 PM UTC. Signing in to the customer portal is currently not possible due to a problem with our system. We are investigating this issue and hope to fix it soon.

2:35 PM UTC. The problem has been resolved. It was caused due to an upgrade done to our database today. The update has been rolled back and the portal is back online.
