March 1 – Incoming SMS-to-email not delivered

1:13 PM UTC. We are investigating reports of delivery issues with incoming SMS. The messages are not being delivered via email to some of our customers.

March 2, 5:12 PM UTC. The issue is still being investigated at high priority by us. There have been no changes to internal systems that handle SMS-to-email as per initial reports. We are working with the development team to find the root cause of this issue.
