March 10th and 12th – Problems with access to toll free numbers

Many of our toll free numbers were malfunctioning during a brief period of time on March 10th and March 12th.

The first event was investigated by our provider, but the 2nd event unfortunately occurred before they had come to any conclusion about the cause.
It seems as if the cause now has been identified and corrected permanently.
