08:00 PM UTC.Our website hosting provider inmotionhosting is currently experiencing connectivity issues with their data center. We have moved our website to a backup server.
This outage has resulted in email responses being delayed as the ticketing service we use, Desk.com, is unable to connect to our email server.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any urgent issues, please call us.
Please note that this does not affect our web portal and the core telephony services.
11:00 PM UTC. Things seem to be stable now and emails have started working. However, our hosting provider is still experiencing problems intermittently. We will continue to monitor the situation.
May 5th 11:41 PM UTC. Our hosting provider has informed us that all issues are now fixed.
