May 5th – Website unavailable

01:14 AM – 05:02 AM UTC. The service provider we use to host our public website reported a service disruption at their Los Angeles data center. Due to this our website was unavailable between 01:14 AM – 05:02 AM UTC.

The reason for the outage was an issue with the Google Cloud Platform. The issue has been resolved and our website is back online.

This outage did not affect app.sonetel.com or any of our core services.
