Prices

The Sonetel API is free. You only pay for the services you activate, as if you had activated them via the web app.

Phone numbers ordered via the API are $1 cheaper per month than our regular price. This means that US numbers cost from $0.79 per month instead of $1.79 per month.

Prices for services

Here is a brief summary of the different types of services you can activate via the API, and where the pricing for them can be found.

• Phone numbers
  Phone numbers cost from $0.79 per month + call forwarding. Toll free phone numbers additionally incur per-minute charges for inbound calls. Available with monthly, annual and 3-year renewals. See full price list.  A $1.00 discount per month on each API ordered phone number is deducted automatically at the time of billing.
• Outbound calls
  Outbound calls and call forwarding is charges per minute as per the price list. Please note that the API for making calls sets up two calls that are bridged together. You will be charged for both calls.
• Voice response (IVR)
  Included with accounts that have a paid plan such as Premium or Business plan active. 
• Call recording
  Included with the Premium and Business Plan.
