November 7th – Problem with purchasing some phone numbers

04:50 AM UTC. Due to a manual error it is currently not possible to purchase phone numbers from some countries that require additional information for activation. We are in the process of fixing this issue. The problem started on November 6th at 04:00 PM UTC.

A list of countries affected by this is given here under the section “Countries with address requirements”.

05:50 AM UTC. The problem has now been resolved and you should be able to purchase phone numbers from all countries without any issues.
