Our auto-refill function has always allowed you to enter a credit card and have it used to refill your Sonetel account automatically whenever the balance runs low.
We have now added some improvements to this function.
- You can now auto-refill using your PayPal account as well
- You can have multiple payment methods (credit cards and PayPal accounts) added and decide which is the Primary and which are Backup.
This means that you can safely disconnect for a longer vacation and be sure that your Sonetel service will continue working even if there is a problem with one of the credit cards you have provided.
This is how it works:
- When you make a PayPal or credit card payment, you are asked if you want us to “Remember” the payment method. If you select this option, your payment method will be saved for later manual or automatic payments.
- After making a payment – you will be asked if you want to activate auto refill. You can set what minimum balance level you want to have in your Sonetel account – and what amount you want to refill with each time.
You can always manage and deactivate auto-refill under “Billing” when signed in at sonetel.com. There you can also find receipts for all payments.
