Volume discount

Large users get up to 20% discount.

If you use Sonetel service for more than 1,000 USD per month, you are entitled to a discount:

• More than $1,000 per month: 5% discount
• More than $5,000 per month: 10% discount
• More than $10,000 per month: 15% discount
• More than $20,000 per month: 20% discount

This is how it works:

• The discount is calculated by our system, at the beginning of each month, for the prior month.
• Your total usage (including set-up fees, monthly fees and calls) during the prior month is counted. Calls made under the Premium plan are however excluded.
• The resulting discount is added as an extra credit to your Sonetel prepaid account.
