June 2nd – Intermittent Outbound Call Issues

4:34 PM UTC. We experienced intermittent issues affecting some outbound calls today, starting at approximately 10:00 AM UTC. This was due to an issue with one of our call routing partners. During this period, some calls were processed via fallback carriers, while a few calls may have failed.

Normal outbound call functionality has now been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.


May 20th – iOS Mobile App Login Issues

5:00 AM UTC. We are currently experiencing login issues with our iOS mobile app. This was caused by an incorrect app build released. Our engineering team is actively working to release an updated version of the app as a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

May 21st 2:10 PM UTC. The issue affecting logins on our iOS mobile app has been resolved. A new, corrected version of the app (version 1.9.4) is now available in the App Store. Please update to this latest version to access your account.

May 8th – Web and Mobile App Access Issues

2:30 PM UTC. We are currently experiencing an outage impacting access to our Web and Mobile app. This is following a scheduled security upgrade to one of our database clusters.
Core services such as calls and SMS are functioning normally. Our engineering team is actively working to restore full access to web and mobile apps as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

May 9th 8:00 AM UTC. Our team continues to work on restoring full access to our web and mobile applications. We are beginning to see services come back online incrementally. We anticipate full restoration of all affected services within the next 1-2 hours.

4:50 PM UTC. We are currently investigating reports of intermittent slowness affecting the loading of certain pages within the application. Users may observe delays, specifically when accessing the Phone Numbers page and the Call Settings page. May 2nd 6:30 AM UTC. Our team continues to investigate the intermittent slowness reported yesterday affecting a few pages. We have observed high CPU usage on underlying systems, which we believe is contributing to these loading delays.
