14th December – Intermittent problems with Voiceapps
14th December. One of our servers that handles calls to Voiceapps was found to have run into degraded performance. This resulted in calls to Voiceapps, including those to our own voice support number to fail intermittently.
The problem started on 9th December with very low severity and the severity increased gradually till it was noticed, identified and fixed on 14th December at 05:00 AM UTC
Our monitoring system could not identify this performance degradation. We are updating our monitoring system to identify such performance problems in a better way to take faster actions.
