1st December – Problems with outbound calls to certain countries
23rd November – 1st December. One of our partners that handles some of our outbound calls has reported problems with their systems. This caused all calls that are handled by them to fail.
Since we work with multiple partners worldwide only a small portion of all outgoing calls that we handle daily were affected by this. Incoming calls connected to a Sonetel Voice app or answered from a SIP phone were not affected by this.
We have made changes in our system today to ensure that calls being handled by this partner are now handled by other partners instead. All calls should now be connecting properly.
