02:40 PM UTC. We have noticed connectivity issues with our database. This is causing problems in signing in to our web portal and making call back calls. We are working on fixing this issue.
02:56 PM UTC. The engineering team has restored connectivity and things should start working again
04:15 PM UTC. We are investigating reports of Call back calls failing. The engineering team is working on fixing this.
05:10 PM UTC. The problem has been fixed and Call back calls should now start working again.
