April 17th – Partial system outage

2.20 PM UTC. Due to an issue with our API some parts of our service, such as web and mobile apps, website chat and price-list are unavailable. This is being investigated with high priority.

This issue does not impact incoming phone calls which should continue to work without interruption.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

3.45 PM UTC. We have taken actions to restore the service and see traffic returning returning back to normal. We are still monitoring the situation.
