April 20th – SSO links not working
4:15 PM UTC. We have identified an issue with SSO links that are present in our notifications. These are also used in our new iPhone and Android apps to open the Company settings. This is being investigated by the engineering team.
The SSO links allow customers to automatically sign-in without entering the username and password. However, you can still sign in using your email address and password at app.sonetel.com.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
