April 22 – Problems with Database
09:10 PM UTC. Our Oracle database went into a hung state causing all our services to become unavailable. The database became less responsive initially, resulting in a part of services to be affected, and later hung causing unavailability of all services.
The service interruptions were between 09:10 P.M UTC and 10:30 P.M UTC.
Our engineers identified the problem and have resolved it. All services were back online at 10:30 P.M UTC.
We are working to identify the root cause of the problem that resulted in the database entering the hung state.
