April 8th – Disturbances in telephony services
7:17 PM UTC. We are receiving alarms about problems with calls and call thru.
Some test calls have worked and others failed. Engineers are investigating the system to identify the cause of the problem and the impact.
7:45 PM UTC. Problems are resolved.
It was a new module (SIP proxy) that is being rolled out that caused the issue. The issue impacted 33% of the calls. All other calls were working as normal. Our engineers will investigate this further and find a resolution that ensures that this does not occur again.
