August 10th – Problem with calls
7:00 AM UTC. We are currently investigating an issue with incoming calls not connecting from our new phone number provider. We are in touch with their technical support and are working on resolving this as quickly as possible.
1:30 PM UTC. We are still in contact with our provider’s engineering team and are trying to resolve this issue.
3:00 PM UTC. The issue appears to be resolved for now. We are continuing to monitor the situation. The problem seems to have been caused by an unexpected connectivity issue between our phone number provider’s SIP servers and the AWS data center that houses our SIP infrastructure.
