2:47 PM UTC.Salesforce has confirmed that the issue is now resolved. We are responding to all pending cases as quickly as we can however, there may be a delay in our responses due to the build-up of old cases caused by this issue.
2:14 AM UTC. Salesforce, the service we use for handling email communication with our customers, has reported issues with their platform leading to slow response time and other intermittent issues.
While we are replying to customer emails – our responses will be slower than usual leading to a backlog of cases.
