5.00 AM UTC. We are investigating reports that some of our users have issues with our apps. The issue appears to be limited to some users – the service appears to work well for the other users.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

7.32 AM UTC. The issue has now been resolved. It was caused by a rare issue with one of our APIs, which was running without triggering any alarms. We are following up internally to ensure this can be avoided in the future.
