August 24th – Increase in cost of outgoing calls to Belgium
We have received multiple complaints about problem with outgoing calls to certain Belgian numbers. Our internal investigation points to a problem with the primary service provider that connects these calls. To fix the problem we will start routing these calls through one of our backup providers instead.
Our cost of connecting calls through the backup provider is substantially higher. We are therefore forced to increase the cost of calling Belgian landline & mobile numbers.
