August 26th – Delay in email responses

August 26th 07:12 PM – August 27th 03:49 AM UTC. Our website hosting provider inmotionhosting experienced intermittent connectivity issues with their west coast data centre yesterday. This resulted in email responses being delayed as the ticketing service we use Desk.com was unable to connect to our email server.

The issue has been fixed now and all emails that were pending since yesterday have now been sent. We are following internally up to ensure this does not happen in the future.
