December 15th – Issues with outbound calls to Denmark

9:00 AM UTC. We are investigating issues with outbound calls and call forwarding to Denmark phone numbers. Based on initial investigation, the issue seems to be with the local provider that is used to connect calls.

We are working on moving our traffic to a backup provider. There may be an increase in the cost of calls to Denmark as a result of this.

January 5th, 12:00 PM UTC. The issue has now been resolved and the calls should work again without any issues.
