December 17th – Problem with emails sent to Yahoo
06:07 AM UTC. We are investigating reports of emails from Sonetel not being delivered to customers that use a Yahoo.com email address. We are in contact with Yahoo and are working with them to identify the issue.
If you use an email address from Yahoo we recommend that you temporarily change it to ensure important account notifications are not missed.
December 27th. The problem has been fixed and all email notifications should now be sent without any problems.
