December 6th – Issue with mobile app on some devices
6:48 PM UTC. We are investigating reports of issues with the latest version of our mobile app (released on December 3rd) with some Android and iPhone devices. The engineering team is working on identifying the root cause of the issue and releasing a fix.
December 7th 5:20 AM UTC. Based on initial investigation, it appears that the issue is limited to certain models of Android & iPhone devices. We are working on releasing a new update to resolve these issues.
December 8th 6:00 AM UTC. We have released an updated version of the BETA app that resolves the issues some of our customers faced with the older app. If you are a BETA tester for our app, we recommend that you update to the latest version of the app. We will release the stable version of the app as soon as the final tests are done.
December 11th 3:51 AM UTC. We have released updates for the Android app (version 1.1.3) and iPhone app (version 1.1.4). These updates address the blank screen issue some of our customers reported with the previous versions of the app.
