January 10th Slowness in loading Conversations
There is currently slowness detected in a backend server handling the text based conversations in the Sonetel communications platform. This can cause delays in the loading of both customer and team conversations in the apps (web app and mobile apps). Intermittent error messages mentioning network connectivity issues may be shown as red or yellow bars at the bottom of the screen until this is resolved.
The team expects to have the issue resolved (ETA) during January 11th. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
