July 20 – Issue with phone number configuration
12:30 PM UTC. We are looking into an issue with our system due to which new phone numbers purchased are not automatically connected to a user. This will cause the incoming calls to fail.
As a temporary fix, after you purchase a phone number click on ‘Configure’ next to it to connect it to a user, voice application or a mobile number directly.
