July 2nd – Problems with outgoing calls to some countries

12:00 PM UTC. A problem with one of our local partners is causing outgoing calls to certain areas to fail. Our engineering team is working with our partner’s technical support to find the root cause of this issue and resolve it. At the moment we have noticed issues with outgoing calls to some numbers in the following countries:

• Canada
• Israel
• Singapore
• Luxembourg
• Spain

1:30 PM UTC. The root cause of the issue has been identified and we will no longer be handling calls via this partner. All countries where calls were being handled by this partner are now being moved to other partners. As this is a major exercise, it will take some time for us to complete the move. We will provide an update once this is done.

July 4th 2:50 AM UTC. We are no longer using this partner for handling outgoing calls and the issue should now be resolved.
