March 10th – Delay in loading voice app settings
7:26 AM UTC. We have observed a delay loading the voice app settings on our web app. The issue appears to be caused by a slow response time from our text-to-speech service.
The engineering team is investigating the issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
3:59 PM UTC. The issue has been resolved now. We have found the root cause of the issue and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
