March 12th – Call processing server under maintenance
7:00 AM UTC. Our call processing server will be undergoing a major maintenance starting in a few minutes. We do not expect any issues but will keep the system status updated if any issues are encountered.
As part of the maintenance we will be upgrading our servers that handle the calls to increase the stability of our system.
7:30 AM UTC. The maintenance has been completed successfully. We are monitoring the system to ensure everything is running normally.
1:00 PM UTC. We have noticed that calls for some customers, who are using Asterisk, are not working properly. The upgrade has been rolled back and all calls should connect without any further issues now.
