March 17th – Intermittent issues with Call Recording
March 16th 2:30 PM – March 17th 8:30 AM UTC. We experienced problems with one of our Call Recording servers for some time between March 16th and 17th. This resulted in some of the recordings to fail between this time.
During this time the other Call Recording server was functioning without any problems.
We have identified the root cause of the issue – it was caused by the unexpected unavailability of the storage device used to store the call recordings. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.
