March 22nd – Problem with database

5:15 AM UTC. We’re currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our database due to which signing in to the web portal, making phone calls, SIP registration, accessing the API, etc will may work.

We are working with the database administrators to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

7:08 AM UTC. The issue has been resolved and all our services are back online.
