March 23rd – Problem with database
3:30 AM UTC. We’re currently experiencing a full service disruption due to a problem with our Oracle database. This means signing in to the web portal, phone calls, SIP registration, API, etc will not work.
We are working with the database administrators to get things back to normal as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4:52 AM UTC. The database problem seems to have gone away for now. All systems are up.
We are still monitoring the situation and investigating the root cause.
