May 13th – Intermittent issues with voice applications

5:53 PM UTC.We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our voice applications. Although regular calls should work, calls that connect to a voice application such as an IVR may not work intermittently.
Our engineering team is working on resolving these issues.

May 14th 6:20 AM UTC.The problem has been fixed and calls to voice applications should work without any problems now.
