May 20th – Problems with calls & signing in to web portal
4:49 PM – 5:24 PM UTC. Due to a temporary problem with one of our servers the following services were unavailable for 35 minutes:
- Calls made using Call thru & Call back
- Signing in using the Sonetel Client
- Signing in to the web portal
This only affected one of our servers and requests reaching the other server were handled without any problems. Although the servers are set to recover automatically an unexpected error prevented it from coming back up on its own.
The problem has been fixed and all the services are available.
