May 31st – Issue with the iPhone app
12:30 PM UTC. Some of our customers have reported problems while signing in to the iPhone app. The engineering team is investigating this with high priority.
1:30 PM UTC. The issue seems to have started after we updated the SSL certificate for one of our servers. Although we have reversed the changes, the problem persists. The engineering team is still working on finding the root cause of the issue.
If you have an Android phone, please try using that for the time being as the issue seems to be limited to the iPhone app at the moment.
2:30 PM UTC. The issue has been resolved and you should be able to use the iPhone app without any further issues. We recommend that you close the app and then try to sign in afresh.
