May 4th – Issue with old phone number provider

9:10 AM – 9:30 AM UTC. Our previous provider of phone numbers informed us that they had an issue with their service between 9:10 AM – 9:30 AM UTC today.

Although the issue has been resolved, they are continuing to monitor the situation.

This issue only affected phone numbers purchased from us before December-2018; numbers purchased from our main carrier were not affected.
