6:15 AM UTC. Due to a technical issue, the Call back service is currently not working. However, this does not affect our other services for making calls as you will still be able to make calls using the Internet or Call thru methods.
The issue is being investigated with high priority. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
November 30th 7:27 AM UTC. All our services are now back online.
We encountered a temporary disruption due to a system issue, affecting the connection for processing certain calls using our Call back service. The problem was identified and is now resolved, and we’re actively working to enhance our systems to prevent such occurrences in the future.
